A Path of Service: Integrating the Physical with the Spiritual
Lorena Vargas Jiménez has dedicated part of her life to the pursuit of holistic well-being. From her beginnings in the public health system to becoming a renowned holistic therapist, she has traversed her path by integrating her knowledge in kinesiology, flower therapy, and energy techniques to offer a unique and compassionate approach to the physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual health of her clients and students.
A Journey of Transformation
Born in Santiago, Chile, Lorena Vargas Jiménez has devoted herself to helping others achieve optimal health and holistic well-being.
During her years at Colegio Universitario El Salvador, where she actively participated in a pastoral group, Lorena discovered her social and spiritual sensitivity, complementing her inspiration with the philosophy and teachings of Augustine of Hippo. These experiences form the foundation of her commitment to healing and the well-being of herself and others.
After graduating as a Kinesiologist from the University of Chile and accumulating over 17 years of experience at San Borja Arriarán Hospital, Lorena decided to delve deeper than the bones and joints of the human body. She began exploring the world of complementary therapies to offer a more holistic approach, drawing inspiration from Osho and embarking on a profound inner transformation journey in southern Chile.

Cahuelmó
Lorena recounts: "FROM HORNOPIRÉN TO CAHUELMÓ: We are on our way to Cahuelmó, navigating the Cholgo Channel for three hours on the 'Queen Mary.' Our captain is Don Guillermo Báez, with Juan Ponce Yelmo, natives of Hornopirén, (calle Tepual s/número; celular: 09-2110215), He tells us that to the east is Cerro Pelado, to the southwest the Llancatué Hot Springs, and to the north the Hornopirén Volcano. The landscape is mesmerizing, everything is green, the water is green, the gentle waves rocking the boat. The sun's rays invite me to a long-awaited rendezvous."
..."I am arriving at you, Cahuelmó, my heart is overjoyed. I feel an infinite happiness to come to you, my long-dreamed land. You are also waiting for me, I know. You called me years ago, it was through music that I connected with you and decided to name the Healing Center after you."

Cahuelmó, Cahuelmó is located in the Los Lagos Region, 50 kilometers south of Hornopirén, the capital of the Hualaihué commune
Cahuelmó is where Lorena's first healing center was born. She explains, "Searching for a name for my Healing Center, one day during a therapeutic relaxation session with music, I connected with its energy and knew it would be the name of the place to help my patients, fellow travelers, feel connected with Mother Earth, cleanse their etheric bodies, and find new perspectives on life. I hope that my hands, words, and heart express my Divine Self."
Years later, when her center was well-known, Lorena decided to further expand her presence with her name, and taking advantage of the digital and online momentum in 2020, her personal brand "LORECAHUELMÓ" was born. This hybrid space between the physical and online realms combines traditional medicine with alternative therapies to address health holistically.

LORECAHUELMÓ offers a variety of complementary therapies designed to balance the body and mind, addressing both the physical and emotional needs of patients.The main therapies include:
- Sintergética:Based on knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and other ancestral traditions, Sintergética regulates the body's energy system and promotes a higher level of consciousness.
- Biomagnetismo: Using high-powered magnets, this medicinal technique identifies and treats energetic imbalances in the body. It is effective for various pathologies and is based on the work of Dr. Isaac Goiz Durán.
- Family Constellations: Created by Bert Hellinger, this systemic therapy reveals and heals dysfunctional family dynamics. It helps individuals understand the influence of their lineage and resolve deep-seated conflicts.
Full Moon Meditations
In 2023, with our support, she launched her own YouTube channel. Her purpose is to leave a significant gift and legacy to humanity through her guided Full Moon meditations for each zodiac sign, alongside elemental meditations and other surprises revealed throughout the year.
The meditations are free and available on her YouTube channel. They offer a unique opportunity to connect with one's own divine energy in union with the universal energies and natural elements, promoting a state of harmony and well-being while cultivating a greater presence here on Earth.

Support from Visibles World: A Comprehensive Approach to Digital Communication
Since the beginning of her entrepreneurship, Lorena, while providing Kinesiology services in Santiago, Chile, has had the comprehensive support of Visibles World. This collaboration has helped many in their personal transformation journeys, including Lorena and the development and visibility of the holistic services offered through her space Lorecahuelmó.
Visibles World has assisted Lorena in creating her websites from the beginning, provided digital communication consultancy, video production, event and retreat coverage, and currently manages her YouTube channel with her meditations. They also assist with social media through content design for Instagram, ensuring a strong and coherent presence that reflects her identity in the digital world.

Getting to know Lorena represented a turning point in my life. I have personally taken some of her courses and had sessions with her. I met her when she was a kinesiologist and have witnessed her transformation journey to a holistic therapist. Knowing her personally and having her known by my family allowed me to trust in her new path, also aiding my journey into the world of ancestral wisdom and what is generally unseen by the senses.
