We met Clara Blousson, a French-Argentine adventurer who has brought a blend of adventure, diversity and a touch of magic to the Mexican Caribbean — specifically to Playa del Carmen.

Mundolingo
Her story is an ode to the adventurous spirit that lives in all of us, and how that impulse led her to become the organizer of Mundolingo in this tropical corner of the world.
Since childhood, Clara has felt an innate calling to discover new cultures, immerse herself in unknown places and connect with diverse people. Inspired by her father, she cultivated a love for adventures, challenges and — above all — those conversations that emerge along the way.

Discovering Mundolingo in Buenos Aires
Clara's story with Mundolingo begins in 2021, when she was frequenting a coworking space in Buenos Aires. Surrounded by people from different corners of the world, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere led her to participate in the famous "after office" gatherings. It was at one of these meetings that someone introduced her to the concept of Mundolingo.
Fascination wrapped around her instantly. The idea of a language exchange in a relaxed and fun setting resonated deeply with Clara. The seed of Mundolingo was planted in her heart at that moment.

From Buenos Aires to Playa del Carmen: The Adventure Continues
Arriving in Mexico was not simply a change of location for Clara — it was a deeper quest, a reconnection with a close bond she needed to recover. But what she found in Playa del Carmen transcended her expectations. The nature and energy of the place became tools for her own growth as a woman.
Grateful for the support she received, Clara recognizes Playa del Carmen as a fundamental pillar in her personal journey. Mundolingo not only became an extension of her adventurous spirit — it also became a way to contribute to the local community and to visitors who seek more than just learning a language.
From Attendee to Organizer: Clara's Journey with Mundolingo
Upon arriving in Mexico, Clara was surprised to discover that Mundolingo did not exist in Playa del Carmen. This gap became a call to action. Applying for the manager position seemed like a distant dream at first, but two months later an email confirmed that the Mundolingo franchise in Playa del Carmen was hers.
The excitement was total, and Clara knew that a thrilling journey lay ahead. Her choice of Mundolingo over other similar ventures was not a calculated choice — it was an organic and natural response to a calling she felt from the deepest part of herself.

Mundolingo: More Than a Language Exchange
Mundolingo is not just a language exchange event — it is an experience that nurtures people and fosters authenticity. Clara seeks to give those who attend genuine moments, where language becomes the gateway to authentic conversations.
Observing the unique dynamic that emerges when people show up while learning a new language, Clara highlights the beauty of a space where different flags come together for a common purpose. In a sometimes divided world, Mundolingo stands as an oasis of unity and healing.
Challenges and Dreams: Clara's Advice for Entrepreneurs and Digital Nomads
As an entrepreneur and event organizer, Clara advises those looking to immerse themselves in this type of gathering to come with an open mind, ready to converse and practice languages without fear or prejudice. There is no need to come with company — Mundolingo has a team that supports and welcomes everyone.
And when asked how to pursue your dreams, Clara offers profound wisdom. Beyond doing, focus on being. Building security, surrounding yourself with supportive people and mentors, and being at peace with the present are the foundations for going after your dreams.
Mundolingo: A Space for Unity Through Enjoyment
Mundolingo is more than an event — it is a testament to how words can unite people beyond borders and language barriers. Clara Blousson, with her adventurous spirit and commitment to authenticity, has turned Playa del Carmen into a place where stories intertwine and connections flourish.

Author's Reflections:
Meeting Clara and the people I have encountered at Mundolingo has been for me a kind of remembering the friends I had in childhood — where we played and the central point was to enjoy and simply BE; not even noticing that time was passing until the aromas of dinner began to tempt us to pause.
Clara is one of the references I found in 2023 of integration between: achieving concrete goals and practical objectives while sharing and enjoying in a supremely fluid way — living the present moment.
