Lorena Vargas Jiménez has dedicated part of her life to finding integral wellbeing. From her beginnings in the public health system to becoming a distinguished holistic therapist, she has walked her path through kinesiology, floral therapy and energy techniques to offer a unique and compassionate approach to physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual health of her clients and students.
A Journey of Transformation
Born in Santiago, Chile, Lorena Vargas Jiménez has dedicated herself to helping others achieve optimal health and integral wellbeing.
Since her years at Colegio Universitario El Salvador, where she actively participated in a pastoral group, Lorena discovered her social and spiritual sensitivity, complementing her inspiration with the philosophy and knowledge of Augustine of Hippo. These experiences are one of the foundations of her commitment to healing and wellbeing for herself and others.
After graduating as a Kinesiologist from the Universidad de Chile, helping patients daily and accumulating more than 17 years of experience at Hospital San Borja Arriarán, Lorena decided to delve deeper beyond bones and joints of the human body, and began to explore the world of complementary therapies to offer a more holistic approach; this was complemented by her great admiration and inspiration from Osho and a great journey of inner transformation in southern Chile.

Cahuelmó
Lorena recounts: "FROM HORNOPIRÉN TO CAHUELMO: We are heading toward Cahuelmó, navigating the Cholgo Channel, 3 hours on the boat 'Queen Mary', our captain is Don Guillermo Baez, and Juan Ponce Yelmo, natives of Hornopirén. He tells us that to the East is Cerro Pelado, to the Southwest the Llancatué Hot Springs, to the North the Hornopirén Volcano — the landscape is stunning, everything is green, the water is also green, the gentle swell rocks with the boat's passage, there is a sun that invites me with its luminous rays to a long-awaited meeting."
..."I am arriving to you, Cahuelmo, my heart is emotional, I feel infinite joy going toward you, my land dreamed of for so long, you are also waiting for me, I know, you called me years ago, it was through music that I connected with you and in wanting to use your name and energy for the Healing Center."

Cahuelmó, is located in the Los Lagos Region, 50 kilometers south of Hornopirén (capital of the commune of Hualaihué).
Thus her first healing center was born and she adds: "Searching for a name for my Healing Center, one day during a therapeutic relaxation session with this music, I connected with its energy and knew that would be the name of the place to help my patients, fellow travelers, so they feel the connection with MOTHER EARTH, with the cleansing of the etheric body, with nourishment, being able to plant in each one a new way of seeing life. I only hope that my hands, my words and my heart express my Divine Being."
Some years later when her center was already known, she decided to further establish her presence with her name and taking advantage of the digital and online momentum in 2020, her personal brand "LORECAHUELMÓ" was born, a hybrid space between in-person and online, where traditional medicine and alternative therapies converge to address health in an integral manner.
Services
LORECAHUELMÓ offers a variety of complementary therapies designed to balance body and mind, addressing both the physical and emotional needs of patients.Among the main therapies are:
- Syntergetica: Based on knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and other ancestral traditions, Syntergetica regulates the body's energy system and promotes a higher level of consciousness.
- Biomagnetism: Using high-power magnets, this medical technique identifies and treats energy imbalances in the body. Effective for various pathologies, it is based on the work of Dr. Isaac Goiz Durán.
- Family Constellations: Created by Bert Hellinger, this systemic therapy reveals and heals dysfunctional family dynamics. It helps people understand the influence of their lineage and release deep conflicts.

Full Moon Meditations
In 2023, we helped her launch her own YouTube channel; her purpose is to leave a great gift and legacy to humanity through her guided Full Moon meditations for each zodiac sign, along with element meditations and other surprises throughout the year.
They are free and available on her YouTube channel.
The meditations offer a unique opportunity to connect with one's own energy in its divinity in union with the energies of the universe and natural elements, promoting a state of harmony and wellbeing while cultivating greater presence here on earth.

The Support of Visibles World: An Integral Approach to Digital Communication
Since before the beginning of her venture, Lorena has had the integral support of Visibles World. This collaboration has helped many on their personal paths of transformation, as well as Lorena and the development and visibility of the holistic services she offers through her space Lorecahuelmó.
Visibles World has assisted Lorena in creating her websites from the beginning, helped through digital communication consulting along with the production of her videos, event and retreat coverage, and currently the creation of her YouTube channel containing her meditations; as well as social media assistance through Instagram content design, ensuring a solid and coherent presence that makes her identity visible in the digital world.

Lorecahuelmó represents a unique combination of ancestral wisdom and modern techniques, alongside physical and emotional self-care, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being. Through her complementary therapies and workshops, Lorena continues to transform lives, guiding people towards a state of balance and inner peace.

Meeting Lorena for me was a representation of a change of stage in my life; personally I have taken some courses and had some sessions with her; I met her when she was a kinesiologist and I have seen her path of transformation to holistic therapist; knowing her personally and also having her be known in my family circle allowed me to open the sense of trust in her new path, also helping me in my path in the world of ancestral wisdom and what is generally not seen with the senses' eyes.
